Career in PAF for Women
As Aeronautical Engineers: Women can join PAF through CAE course. It is a 4 years course, 2 years as aviation cadet and 2 years as pilot officer at PAF academy Risalpur. A candidate should have passed matric with 1st division and FSc with 60% marks.
As General Duty Pilot: Women can join PAF through GDP course. The duration of training is 4 years, 2 years as aviation cadet and 2 years as an officer. A candidate should have passed matric with 1st division and FSc pre-medical/Engineering with 60% marks.
Career for Women in Pak Army/ Navy/ PAF
Teacher in PAF: Women join PAF as a teacher. There are many opportunities for females in PAF schools.
Air Traffic Department: Women can join PAF by serving their duties in controlling air traffic department of PAF. Proper training is required in PAF for this department.
As Pilot and Flight Lieutenant: Women can join Pakistan Air Force as pilot and Flight Lieutenant. For this training is required after passing the initial tests.
Career in Pak Army for Women
As female Soldiers: Women can be a part of Pakistan armed forces as female soldiers.
As Nursing Cadets: Women can join Pak Army as nursing cadets. Women can join Pakistan Army as trained nurse in armed forces. The required qualifications are Nursing Diploma and Midwifery, Bsc Generic Nursing or Post (RN) Bsc Nursing. The age limit for these positions is from 18 to 28 years.
As Female Captain: Women can join Pak Army as captain female through Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) in the Army. The required qualifications for these positions are BE Civil Engineering, BE Architectural Engineering and BE Town Planning.

As Computer Programmer: Female Pakistani citizens having age between 20 to 30 years can join Pak Navy as Computer Programmers. She should gain master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Technology.
In Education Branch: Female citizens of Pakistan having age not more than 28 years are eligible to apply in this branch in Pakistan Navy. The qualifications include MA/Msc Physics, Chemistry, Psychology, Islamic Studies, English and Urdu.
