After getting the applications to form so fill complete requirements previous academic records in this application form. Then attached with it all required all attested photocopies of educational certificates. These certificates include 2 attest copies of a matric certificate, a character certificate by the previous school, NOC certificates. In case, if students have appeared from other than BISE, guardian or father CNIC and/or B.Form by the applicant. All things will be submitted to the admission office of the APWA College Lahore before the last date 15th August.
After collection the application forms various tests such as Fine art, English Literature, Hafiz-e-Quran test, Physical test which will be held by the APWA College administration.

Many of the girls or women had appeared with great positions in the intermediate programs by the Government Apwa College for Women Lahore. Apwa College for women Lahore is affiliated with the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore. In 1964, Apwa College was to their degree status and after eight years such as in 1972 Government was to take complete hold.
