USEF Pakistan Fulbright Scholarship Program 2023 Eligibility Process Last Date. Fulbright Awards to study for a master’s or Ph.D. degree in the USA Fulbright is the flagship scholarship program of the U.S. Department of State. The Pakistan Fulbright program is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). This award funds graduate study in the United States for a Master’s or Ph.D., degree, including tuition, required textbooks, airfare, a living stipend, and health insurance. USEFP also assists with the visa process; Pakistani bullfighters are studying at universities all over the U.S. Every effort is made to place grantees in programs best suited to their academic background and study objectives.
Pakistani citizens with strong academic histories, residing and working in Pakistan, and committed to returning and serving Pakistan are welcome to apply. All disciplines are eligible except clinical medicine. Applicants are especially encouraged in Energy, Water, Agriculture, Health and Education.
Eligible Master’s applicants will have a four-year Bachelor’s degree or a Bachelor’s and Master’s combination (16 years of formal education) and Ph.D. applicants will have a Master’s, M.Phil, or comparable degree (18 years of formal education) from an accredited university.
The Graduate record examination (GRE) is required for all applicants. TOEFL will be required for all short-listed applicants.

Complete application with all the required documents must be received by the deadline at P.O. Box, 1128, Islamabad before 04:30 pm. Please note that you cannot send applications through courier to a P.O. Box address.
This is a national program. However, women, people with disabilities, and individuals from FATA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, AJ&K, Gilgit/Baltistan, Baluchistan, Northern Sindh, and Southern Punjab are highly encouraged to apply.
