The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore shall conduct an Entrance Test for admission to postgraduate courses for the session 2023. The applicant must be working as a Senior Registrar/ Demonstrator or Assistant Professor in a medical or dental college or a teaching hospital of Punjab.

The candidate is required to register for the test at the concerned institution. Where they wish to get admission. The respective institutions shall submit the detail of applicants to UHS with clear identification of each category I.E Clinical and Basic Group with their subjects or specialty of choice (hard and soft form). The University of Health Sciences UHS Lahore Shall conduct only one entrance test for admission to post-graduate courses for the session 2023. No other test for the same courses shall be held this year. As per HEC guidelines, the GAT-General test is conducted by the National Testing Services NTS. A minimum 60 Percent cumulative score will be required at the time of admission to M.Phil Courses. The GAT-general Test is valid for a period of two years.

The Procedure of Filling Form and Instructions:-

• The name/ spelling of the candidate and his/ her father’s name be correctly written on this form. Exactly as per the Matric/ Equivalence Certificate.
• Please e fill in the form with black ink only in CAPITAL letters and avoid contact with the edges of the boxes. A box may be left empty wherever a word ends.
• Please make sure the form is filled in as neatly as possible.
• The admission form shall be filled in legibly and correctly by the candidate in his/ her own handwriting. Incomplete and incorrect admission forms may be canceled. The University shall not take any responsibility for the consequences.
• Wherever small choice field boxes “[] ” are provided in the form, the box adjacent to the appropriate answer is to be ticked or crossed.
