Registration Process of Primary/Middle School in KPK with Requirements

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa educational boards have issued the criteria which is necessary to fulfill for all the applicants who want to register/affiliate their Primary or Middle School. This criteria has been designed to ensure that the level of educational quality in the province can be improved.

As school is the first place where a child starts its educational journey so it is necessary to make sure that he/she gets the understanding of basic things right. If the basic concepts about different things are clear in the minds of children’s than if becomes easy for them to learn quickly and easily about new things. There are a large number of schools in Pakistan that do not provide the quality education and are working just for the sake of earning profit.

These schools don’t have the basic infrastructure and even the required number of teachers. So the government of KPK has taken a step further regarding this issue and a eligibility criteria has been introduced for schools registration. Now only those Primary /Middle Schools will be able to operate in the province who will fulfill the following criteria:

Primary Middle
Principal B.A/B.Sc & CT B.A/B.Sc & B.Ed
Teaching Staff At least total 8 teachers.

  • At least 2 P.T.C trained teacher
  • One Islamiat teacher
  • Other teacher must be atleast  FA/FSC
At least total 11 teachers.

  • At least 2 CT trained teacher
  • One Drawing Master
  • One Islamiyat Teacher (Nazira Quran sanad most be attached)
  • Other teacher most be at least FA /FSc.
  •  Incase of Computer Science subject at least One computer Science.
Class Rooms 07 Class Rooms     10 Class Rooms

  • Assurance of Principal Office.
  • Assurance of Staff Room for teacher with Bathroom.
  • Assurance of One Bathroom for each 50 student
  • Assurance of play ground.
  • Assurance of a computer Lab with at least five Pentium III Computer. (In case of computer Science subject)
TDR RS. 5000/- RS. 5000/-

Other Requirements

  1. Allied Bank Slip of Rs. 3000/- on behalf of BISE, Mardan, as Registration / Affiliation Fee along with covering later.
  2. Student’s enrollment and total strength details.
  3. Staff statement along with attested documents.
  4. Building Map (Only one page plan drawn by an Architect or Draughtsman).
  5. Board of Governors members name & B.O.G meeting details (minutes).
  6. Photo copy of Admission Withdrawal Register.
  7. Teacher appointment rules.
  8. School income and expenditure details and balance.
  9. Monthly and yearly school fee structure details.

School Assets Details. (Furniture, Electricity, etc.)

  • Time table class wise and teacher wise.
  • Course details with publishers/prices.
  • School building stamp paper photo or in case of rental  house 5 years lease stamp paper photocopy must be attached.

Note:-

  • All documents must be computer print.
  • Hand written document will not be accepted.
  • Incomplete document will not be asserted.
  • Incase of up-gradation, old registration copy most be attached.
