Aalo Baday recipe
Aalo Baday is a very light and delicious dish it’s very tasty to eat So many people won’t make it in the Fasting Opening day. It’s very easy to make So read very care Fully below Its Ingredients and Preparation.
500 g potatoes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp dried pomegranate seeds(optional)
1 tsp cumin seeds cumin seeds
2 green chilies, finely chopped salt to taste
1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
1/2 cup gram flour
salt to taste
pinch of baking soda
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp oil
For the batter, mix batter ingredients and enough water for a thin consistency batter.
Boil and skin potatoes. Mash well.
Mix balls ingredients in a bowl.
Shape into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
Dip in the batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve immediately with ketchup/tamarind chutney.
Cold Coffee recipe

2 cups milk
1 tsp honey
3 tsp sugar
2 tbsp cream
2 tsp instant coffee powder
1 cup vanilla/chocolate ice-cream
Blend milk, honey, sugar, cream, coffee, and ice cream together with ice cubes untill well blended.
Pour in tall cocktail glasses.
Finish with a scoop of extra ice cream and a dusting of cocoa.
Fresh Dahi Baray recipe
Dahi Baray is full of curd and sprinkled with spices like chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, or black salt and serve with a tangy-sweet tamarind chut dish it’s making our Fasting opening very good because it would remove our hunger is chosen. And gives us Energy at the spot.
2 cups dal mash dhuli (urad dal)
Presoaked for 4-5 hours
Pinch of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pinch of heeng
Grind the presoaked dal into a paste and add the rest of the spices.
Mix well and leave for 30 minutes.
Then in a frying pan add 1 tbs. of oil and with the help of a spoon drop into the pan flat rounded patties and shallow fry till light brown.
DO NOT TURN OVER TO FRY OTHER SIDE.
Meanwhile heat oil for deep frying and then deep fry.
When golden brown removes and cool.
When serving, soak in a bowl of water, and when a little soft squeeze out the water between palms and add to prepared yogurt.
YOGURT: Beat the yogurt adding a little water to a paste.
Add salt, red chili powder, and 1/2 tsp. zeera powder.
Garnish with sweet Imli Chutney and Chat Masala.

Shami Kabab is the best dish for the Sehri (Closing Day) It’s easy to make and very tasty for eating and Shami Kabab has Full energy which is a must for us because we spend a whole day without anything eating.
Boneless beef 1 kg,
Channa daal 1/2 cup,
Cinnamon stick 1,
Large black cardamon 1,
Whole black peppers 8,
Dried red chillies whole 10,
Medium onion 1,gingerClick to find more about ginger 1” piece ,
Garlic 6 cloves.
Onions 2 small cubes/chopped, coriander leaves, green chilies, mint leaves.
egg 1 or 2(optional)
Boil beef cubes with all the ingredients except the garnish ingredients.
When the meat is very tender and the water dries up grind it finely.
Add the garnishing ingredients and make flat round patties.
Shallow fry it.
Serve hot with your choice of chutney or sauce.
Sooji Ka Halwa recipe
Suji Ka Halwa is one of the very famous deserts serve with poori and chanay. And it famous especially for the Breakfast SO we take this dish in the Fasting closing day because then breakfast time.
1 cup Suji
1 cup Ghee
2 cups Sugar
4 cups Water
2 Cardamoms, crushed
1/4 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Almonds, chopped
In a pan, mix water and sugar and put them to boil.
In another pan, heat ghee. Once heated, add suji and fry until it turns golden brown.
Add cardamom, raisins, and almonds to the fried suji. Mix it well.
Now, add the sugar syrup to the mixture. Keep stirring while adding the syrup to avoid the formation of lumps.
As the mixture starts to froth, remove it from the flame. The sumptuous suji ka halwa is ready to be savored!!
Kashmiri Chai recipe
This beautiful rose-colored tea is best consumed steaming hot with a dash of salt or sugar. In the Kashmiri Chai Pink color, Pistachio, Almonds, and Milk make it very tasty and they give us energy the whole day.
4 Cups of Water
3 tsp of Green Tea
1 tsp Cloves
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
7 tsp Cardamom
15 ml Ground Almonds
In 4 cups of cold water boil three teaspoons of green tea.
When the liquid turns green (5-10 minutes), add 1 tsp ground cloves, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, 7 tsp ground cardamom, and 15ml ground almond and simmer for 5 minutes.
(Optional: if you have good quality GENUINE saffron, you may add a pinch with the rest of the spices.)
Strain, add sugar to taste (no milk) and serve with almond flakes.
