Eligibility criteria:

• Candidate must be of Pakistan and should have the domicile of any city or district of Punjab.
• Maximum age of the candidate at the last date of form submission must be 45 year and the last date of submission is 19^th February 2023
• Candidate must be the regular student of any public sector university and any university of Punjab with minimum 2 year experience and can also apply from Public Sector College.
• Candidates must have valid offer or admission letter of foreign university among QS top ranking 500 universities. Admission must be in any direct program of PhD which will start from June to September 2023 .
• The candidates must have 18 year of education or MS M Phil with minimum CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 in semester and no 3^rd division will be accepted for admission.

• Candidates who are already availing any scholarship then they cannot apply for this scholarship.
• Candidates who are not regular student of any public sector college or university they cannot apply for admission.
• Dual citizens can also not apply for admission.
