If you are applying for the Management training program and have done 16 years of education with Bachelor’s degree like BBA then you are eligible to apply. Only those who have done MBA, LLB, LLM, BS, BBA, or any other foreign degree with Marketing, Management Sciences, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Sciences, and Law. There or only 30 seats and the most suitable persons will be hired for these jobs. Those who have done Engineering degree can also apply for the 30 posts which are for engineers.
All candidates who have done 16 years of educations can apply for this training program and get a chance to be part of this team that will be selected. There is a total of 60 seats including 30 seats for the management students and 30 seats for the engineering students.

Application Process:
Those fresh graduates who have passed their 16 years of educations can apply for this program. Candidates can apply through the PTS official website. If you want to apply for this training program then you can do registration at registration.pts.org.pk. After doing the registration just pay the test fee which is RS 130 and this fee is nonrefundable.
Applications will only receive till the 5 November 2023 for the PSO Management Trainee Program 2023 October MTO. The test date has not announced but the test will conduct soon. The officials can also conduct the interview after the test in order to shortlist the candidates.
Those who have 16 years of education in mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, Mechatronics, Computer Sciences. Seats are limited for these posts and you have to perform well to get a seat reserved in this training program. The maximum age limit for this training program is 26 years. The test will be conducted for the shortlisting of the candidates on a merit basis. The test will be conducted by the PTS. The training period is 1 year.
