- Orphan Students who have passed their 8th class exams with minimum 60% marks are eligible for this scholarship program
- Children of government servant of grade 1to 4 are also eligible for the scholarship
- Only Punjab domicile holders are eligible for PEEF scholarship
- In case of disable students, it is mandatory to submit disability certificate which can be obtain from any public hospital
- Minorities are also eligible for scholar ship but it is compulsory to submit religious certificate
