Attested copies of CNIC of parents/guardians. Two recent snaps of the candidates. Attested copies of birth certificate/ B. form. Admission withdrawal register only following subjects will be included in the 5^th & 8^th Classes PEC Exams. Science, Mathematics, English, and Urdu.
