The highest temperature ever recorded in Pakistan is 53.5 °C (128.3 °F) which was recorded in Mohenjo-daro, Sindh on 26 May 2010.   • Peshawar – Hot & dry – 35-37

Meanwhile, Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. However, a shallow westerly wave still persists over Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas. The maximum temperatures recorded yesterday were Islamabad 32, Lahore 39, Quetta 33, Karachi 35, Peshawar 34, Muzaffarabad 29, Gilgit 28, Murree 21, Multan 41 and Faisalabad 39°C.

Chief amount of Rainfall (mm) during last 24 hours occur at Parachinar 11, Malamjabba 07, Gupis 04 mm.
