Chief Minister Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif launches Ashiana Housing Scheme 2023 under the Punjab Land Development Company. Chief Minister starts Ashiana Housing Scheme from Lahore. In the Ashiana Housing Scheme phase, elected candidates will get single and double-room apartments in Ashiana-e-Iqbal Burki Road near Airport Lahore. The last date of form submission is March 25th, 2023.
Under the Government of Punjab’s initiative for developing modern housing schemes, PLDC has now developed the Ashiana-e-Iqbal Housing Scheme, on Burki road Lahore. The project comprises the development of about 10,000 housing units on an area of about 3,000 Canals along with complete infrastructure facilities.

Ashiana Iqbal apartments are available in single beds00 sq-ft, double bebeds00, and 700 sq-ft, detail of the ice and installment plan is as given below.
Single Bed (500 sqsqft
- Total Price: Rs, 11,99,000/-
- Down Payment: Rs, 2,39,000/-
- Installment: Rs 7,993/-
- Application form: 800/-
- Installment period: 10 Years.
Double Bed (600 sq-ft):
- Total Price: Rs, 13,99,000/-
- Down Payment: Rs, 2,79,000/-
- Installment: Rs 9,327/-
- Application form: 900/-
- Installment period: 10 Years.
Single Bed (700 sq-ft):
- Total Price: Rs, 15,99,000/-
- Down Payment: Rs, 3,19,800/-
- Installment: Rs 10,660/-
- Application form: 900/-
- Installment period: 10 Years.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- The applicant should have domicile of Punjab.
- The applicant should be having income less than Rs. 50,000/month.
- The applicant should be living in a rented house and not posses his/her own house or plot.
- The applicant should not be more than 55 years of age.
- Should not allot with any house or plot from Government of Punjab.
Payment Plan:
25% Advanced payment will be submitted. Subsidy by the Government of Punjab.
