ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION:

• The minimum educational qualification required for all above categories is F.Sc (Pre-Medical)
• Age limit will be 17-25 years on the closing date.
• Domicile of Punjab

Following courses are offered at King Edward Medical University, Lahore.

ADMISSION PROCESS:

• 1st Merit list of successful candidates shall be displayed on 05 December 2012, 2nd on 15 December 2012, 3rd on 25 December 2012.
• Regular classes shall commence from 01 January 2023

FEE STRUCTURE:

• Admission Fee    Rs.5000 (Non-Refundable).
• Tuition Fee         Rs.3000/ Month.
• Examination Fee As per University rules.
• Other fees As per University rules.

NO HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION/ TRANSPORT FACILITY WILL BE PROVIDED

REQUIREMENT OF OF DOCUMENTATION:

• A certificate of good moral character.
• Attested 4 photocopies of Provisional Certificate or result card of the last examination.
• Attested 4 photocopies of the matriculation certificate.
• Attested 4 photocopies of Intermediate Certificate.
• Attested 4 photocopies of Computerized National Identity Card.
• Attested 4 Photocopies of father Computerized National Identity Card.
• Attested 4 photocopies Domicile Certificate.
• Attested photocopy of Hafiz-e-Quran Sanad (where applicable)
• 5 attested passport-sized photographs.

ADMISSION FORM FILLING INSTRUCTION:

An applicant is directed to comply with instructions hereunder before filling out the application form

• The application form found to be incomplete or contain incorrect information will not be accepted /entertained. Moreover, the candidate will be responsible for any sort of delay or loss.
• Each applicant (male/female) must enclose five latest passport size photographs (with sky blue background), duly attested along with the application form. One photograph must be pasted at a specified place on page 1 and the others 4 to be attached along with the form. The applicant’s Name & father’s name must be mentioned on the backside of the photograph.
• All the entries must be done with a blue or black ballpoint (not with an ink pen)
• Made your all entries according to your intermediate certificate, in case of any discrepancy, the form will be rejected
