Manager MSME(Micro Small Medium Enterprise)

Manage, monitor and analyze the MSME sector in regards to business growth, service quality, portfolios to ensure it is moving towards maximum profitability and growth in line with Bank’s vision and values.The Position is based at Islamabad.

Key Roles and Responsibilities.

• Manage the new MSME/small business enterprises unit and ensure consistent growth and quality
• Countrywide implementation of a state-of-the art cash-flow and financial analysis as per policy and agreed upon by all stake-holders.
• Provide capacity building support across the branch Network.
• Ensure that branches are maintaining strong working relationship with MSME dents at key levels to optimize portfolios.
• Periodic review of MSME policy through establishing effective feedback mechanism.
• Ensure reasonable steps are taken to ensure that all activities undertaken are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably, Masters in Finance/Economics/Commerce from a HEC recognized institute.
• Maximum 5 years of experience with a financial institution. Exposure to retail/consumer finance will be an additional advantage.
• Well versed with the MSME segment of the market.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation skills and time management.
• Strong a analytic skills.
• Willing to travel.

Loan officer MSME is the primary point of contact with all MSME  clients in assigned area. Responsible for generating new MSME dients, underwriting, processing and monitoring loan portfolio.

Locations: Positions are initial, available at locations in Punjab and KPK provinces.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new MSME/ small business enterprises in the assigned area. Assess their loan requirements based on customer need and present appropriate loan proposals to the credit committee for approval.
• Develop and analyze financial statements of the MSMEs in order to access the financial soundness of the business and its repayment capacity

Candidate Profile

• Masters in Business Administration from HEC recognized university.
• Prior relevant experience would be a plus.
• Good business networking and client servicing.
