JOIN PAKISTAN ARMY AS TRAINED NURSE IN ARMED FORCES NURSING SERVICE (AFNS) ENTRY . Applications normally are invited once a year for grant of commission in Nursing Service in Pakistan Armed Forces i.e. Pakistan Army, Pakistan Navy, Pakistan Air Force. Applications are invited for trained nurse as Lieutenant (Female), the qualifications are Nursing Diploma and Midwifery, Bsc Generic Nursing or Post (RN) Bsc Nursing. The age limit for these positions is from 18 to 28 years.

Note:
(1) A candidate should be registered with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
(2) Preference will be given to those nurses who have done post basic specialized
courses i.e ICU, OT, CCU etc from a hospital/ institute recognized by PNC.

Registration and Selection Procedure:

A candidate meeting the eligibility conditions of this job can register herself through internet or by visiting the nearest test center. After the registration the candidates will undergo initial medical test at AS&RCs.

Academics written/ intelligence/ personality tests at AS&RCs. Interviews of successful candidates by the GHQ Selection Board will be held at Peshawar, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, Quetta, and Rawalpindi for which separate call up letters will be issued. Successful candidates will receive call up notices for interview/ medical examination/ joining of training through website as well as call up letter. The final selection will be made at GHQ on the basis of candidate’s overall performance.

Training Period:

4 Week Basic Military Training at AFPGMI Rawalpindi. After successful completion of training, shall be granted Commission in the rank of Lieutenant.

Terms of Engagements:

For 5 years initially the extendable for so long as services are required with the consent of the officer.

JOIN PAKISTAN ARMY AS DIRECT SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION (DSSC) WOMEN COMMISSIONED OFFICERS AND PSYCHOLOGIST

Women can join Pak army as caption and officers. Women can hold the positions of women commissioned offers and psychologists in Pak army.

Women can join Pak Army as captain female through Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) in the Army. The required qualifications for these positions are BE Civil Engineering, BE Architectural Engineering and BE Town Planning.

Women can join through Direct Short Service Commission in Corps of Signal as Captain. Qualifications are as follows: Minimum 1st Division / CGPA 3.0 throughout the career in following :-
(1) MS in Telecommunication Engineering
(2) Software Engineering/ Information Security
OR
MBA (IT) with background (Bachelors) of Computer Science/ Telecommunication Engineering / Software Engineering.

Women can join through Direct Short Service Commission in Army Education Corps as Captain. The qualifications are Msc Maths and physics with 1^st division from any recognized university.

Women can join through Direct Short Service Commission as Computer Specialist Officers (CSO)
QUALIFICATION:
Bsc Engineering/ BE in electrical/ Telecommunication/ Computer software/ computer system.

Women can join through direct short service commission as clinical psychologists holding a degree of Msc psychology with one year diploma in clinical psychology.

The selection procedure and eligibility criterion is same as above.
