How To Attest Degree From HEC

Students in Pakistan who completed their degrees from the HEC recognized universities and Degree Awarding Institutions necessary to attest their degrees from HEC to keep away from any difficulty in future. So for this purpose now HEC declared some easy ways to attest degrees, through these ways students can save time and from many difficulties.

To Attest Degree From HEC by Hand:
Through this way students can attest their degrees by visiting personally the office of Higher Education  Commission with all  requiring documents which are following;                                                      I.          Receipt of payment of Attestation Fee
II.          Original certificates/degrees from Matric onwards along with transcripts of degrees.
III.          Photocopies of certificates and degrees from Matric onwards (for HEC record).
IV.          “Equivalence of HEC” in case of Bachelor or Master Degree, etc from abroad.
V.          Copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
VI.             In case a degree has not been issued, the Detailed Marks Certificate/Transcript can be attested provided:
a)      Verification letter from the Controller of Examinations of the concerned university is attached.
b)      The applicant has passed degree programme within the three years from the date of application.
VII.            For attestation of “Shahadatul Almiya fil uloomm al Arabia wal Islamia” please enter particulars of Middle, Aama, Khasa and attach equivalence of HEC.
VIII.            For attestation of “Equivalence letter” issued by HEC, attach original Equivalence letter alongwith attested copies of all documents.
IX.          For the attestation of “CPSP Fellowship/Membership” certificate get it verified from the controller of examinations of CPSP before submitting to HEC.

X.          In case application is being submitted by a person other than the degree holder, the following documents are required:
a)      Authority letter duly attested by a Grade 17 officer for the authorized person.
b)      Copy of the Computerized Identity Card of the Authorized person.

How To Attest Degree From HEC by Hand, Online Verification, and Through OCS/FedEx

To Attest Degree From HEC  Online system:
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has decided to facilitate the general public, universities, institutions of higher learning and embassies in Pakistan through the online reservation system for the attestation of degrees of Pakistani students. By this way students easily and quickly attest their degrees from HEC.
Now the students can register themselves and create their profile that can not only be used for degree attestation and endorsement but also to apply for the HEC scholarships or jobs.
The system introduced by the HEC enables the embassies in Pakistan to get the degrees verified through this online system.

To Attest Degree From HEC Through OCS Courier Service Within Pakistan Only:
For this service fill the online Application form for Courier service and take a print out. Hand over the form along with required documents as detailed.

OCS Charges:

For Islamabad Rs.155+GST (For one student attestation) excluding HEC attestation fee.

For rest of Pakistan Rs.240+GST (For one student attestation) excluding HEC attestation fee.
  For International Applicants (Attestation through FedEx from all over the World only): Fill out Online Application Form for courier and attach all required documents, Payment of Courier charges & cost of attestation fee.

a.      Return Courier charges Bank draft US$ 18+12% Fuel Charges+GST/-

b.      Bank Draft for the cost of attestation fee in Pakistani rupees. (According to the number of documents)

c.      All the bank drafts should be in favor of Gerry’s International and from some foreign bank which operates in Pakistan (preferably some Pakistani bank).
