Higher Education Commission HEC has announced a Laptop scheme for the graduate and post-graduate students with the Collaboration of the Prime Minister Laptop Scheme. - All those students who are currently getting an education from any HEC recognize institute are eligible to apply for this scheme
- All those students who are getting an education in Ph.D. are also eligible to get a laptop
- Students of the virtual university and Allama Iqbal open university are also eligible
- There are also reserved laptops for the students of public universities of FATA
- There are 2.5%are reserved for the Allama Iqbal open university and 2.5 % for virtual university
5% Kota is for the postgraduate college and universities of Islamabad - The last date to apply for this scheme is 26th December 2023.
