Population welfare department, Government of Punjab requires service of committed & Dynamic professionals having domicile of Punjab province for following posts of project management unit (PMU) (during 2014 – 2018) on contract basis for a period of 03 years renewable on yearly basis. The qualification, experience, and other requirements for the positions are as under:-

1. Project Director (BS-19) (Rs.31, 000-1,600-63,000):

Age limit: 40 – 50 years + 05 years general relaxation in upper age limit.

Qualification / Experience:

• Master’s degree (2^nd division) in Social Sciences, Population Studies, Population Sciences, Rural Sociology, Statistics, Economics, Management, Business Administration or MBBS with MPH from HEC recognized university.
• 15 years experience/service in a managerial position in a well-reputed public or private organization possessing basic knowledge of project planning and management process and Procedures.

2. Assistant Project Director (BS-17) (Rs, 16,000-1,200-40,000):

Age limit: 30 – 40 years + 05 years general relaxation in upper age limit

Qualification / Experience:

• Master’s degree (2^nd division) in Social Science, Population Studies, Population Science, Rural Sociology, Statistics, Economics, Management, Business Administration or MBBS with MPH from HEC recognized university.
• 05 years related experience in a well reputed public or Private or Private Organization and possessing basic knowledge of Project Planning and Management Process and Procedure.

3. Stenographer (BS-14) (Rs.8, 000-610-26, 3000):

Age limit: 20 – 30 years + 05 years general relaxation upper age limit

Qualification / Experience:

• An intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
• A speed of 100 W.P.M. In shorthand in English and 35 WPM in typing writing.
• Computer literate having the required speed of typing on computer and expert in the use of MS Office 2007 especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel.
• Preference shall be given to the candidates who know Urdu shorthand at a speed of 60 WPM and type at a speed of 25 WPM on the computer.

4. Accounts Assistant (BS-11) (RS, 6,600-460-20,400):

Age limit: 20 – 30 years + 05 years general relaxation in upper age limit

Qualification / Experience:

• Com (at least 2^nd division) forms a recognized board.
• Computer literate and form in sue of MS. Office 2007 especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel.

5. Driver (BS-04) (Rs.5, 200-230-12,100):

Age limit: 23 – 30 years + 05 years general relaxation in upper age limit

Qualification / Experience:

• Middle Pass.
• Valid LTV Driving License
• LTV driving experience of 5 years.

6. Naib Qasid (BS01) (Rs.4, 800-150-9,300):

Age limit: 20 – 25 years + 05 years general relaxation in upper age limit

Qualification / Experience:

• Middle Pass.

Terms & Conditions:

2004. The contract shall initially be for a period of one year, extendable on “Good” / “Very Good” performance as per contract policy, 2004.
2005. Application complete in all respects along with two recent photographs shall reach to the Secretary, Population Welfare Department, Government of the Punjab, 58-Abu Bakar Block, Garden Town, Lahore by 10.03.2023. Interviews will be conducted at Lahore in the office of the Secretary, Population Welfare Department, Punjab.

• Incomplete applications or received after the due date shall not be entertained.

1. Incomplete bio-data / particulars clearly indicating name, Father’s / Husband’s name, permanent residential address, and postal address/contract numbers may be given in the application.
2. Attested copies of all the testimonials including Matriculation Certificate, CNIC, Domicile certificate, etc., and others (if any) be attached with the application.
3. The applicants shall bring original documents at the time of the interview.

• The date of the interview will be communicated later on after shortlisting the application.
• No TA/DA is admissible to the candidates to appear for the interview.
