Group 1: (Intermediate or equivalent education) in Matric and Middle classes must be a minimum of 60% percent marks.
Group 2: (Degree or equivalent class) FA/ FSc and Middle Classes marks must be a minimum of 60% percent.

- Those candidates who appear in the Government Board and University exams groups (Science and Arts) and got the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd position in the examination can get the Academic Distinction Award with the scholarships within one year after the Result Announcement.
