There are different rules of migration between different colleges. If you want to migrate from one college to another college then you have to follow some rules for migration. Migration from one board to other board requires no objection certificate which is also called NOC. If you want to migrate from one college to another then you have to give specific reason for your migration.

Migration can only be done within same categories of college.  Migration can only be done with the confirmation of principle or head of the college. A candidate fulfilling all the condition of migration will be migrated from one college to another college. Migration can also be done within the same province.

If a college student is desirous to get admission in a college affiliated with any specific educational Board due to the transfer of his parents or for other reason he should get migration form signed by the Principals of both the institutions in which he is studying and to which he is desirous to get admission. College leaving certificate is must for migration. A principle can only permit migration with the recommendation of specific educational board. The education board on receipt of migration application shall make an inquiry from Principal of the college to which migration is requested. If he agrees, the Government may pass necessary order for migration.

If the migration is allowed, the Principal of the college from where migration is requested shall relieve the student after ensuring that all formalities including those concerning the university are fulfilled. There can be many reasons for a student who wants to migrate from one college to another college. One major reason can be that if his parents has changed their residence for a specific reason, other reasons could be subject that may be taught in that specific college or financial situation of the candidate.

Whatever the reason is, a candidate has to give reason if he want to migrate. Identity card and photographs may also be attached with the migration form. For migration you have to fill the application form for migration of intermediate classes from one college to another college.  In the application form a student has to give all the personal data related to his college and academics with the names of both colleges’ i.e. present college and the name of college in which student want to migrate should be mentioned.

Application of migration form should be submitted to the principle of college by the candidate himself.
