Candidates should be chartered with at least 10 Years experience in the Public or Private Repute firms. International experience would be preferred. The candidates should have exposure to International donors, financial institution, privatizations; Candidates should be in the Age of 40-55 Years.

Company Secretary

Candidates should have the any one of the prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Pakistan with 10 Year relevant Experience with Age limit 40-50 Years.

                                                                   Chief Legal Officer

Candidate should a graduate at Law and have 10 Year Experience Age limit starts from 40-55 Years. . The candidates should have exposure to International donors, financial institution, privatizations.
