AIR University Admission 2023 BS and MS Programs

Air University has earned a reputation for top-class teaching in a short time. The Air University has announced the admission 2023 for the various programs BEE, BE, BS Computer Sciences, MS, MPhil, and Ph.D. So here we are providing you the application forms. The last date of the admission form submission is Friday 21st June 2023 . The University is a degree awarding autonomous institution and its graduates are offered good placement opportunities in the job market. The University promotes research in all disciplines. Faculty members are encouraged to help develop the education system and curricula of the university using their experience and research.

Faculty development and updating of courses are given high priority and are undertaken as a regular academic requirement.  An applicant will make an application to the Admission Office on a prescribed form. The date for application will be indicated on the advertised document. An applicant will apply for Full-Time Status in case of being available for the Ph.D. Program on a dedicated basis spending office hours on the campus of AU for three full calendar years with vacations not exceeding two months in any calendar year, or Part-Time Status in case of concurrent employment.

AIR University Admission 2023 BS and MS Programs

Eligibility Criteria:-

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering/ Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering/ Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering:

Applicants must have passed:

1. Intermediate (Part I and II) examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Pakistan. Applicant must have scored 60% or more marks,
OR

An examination is equivalent to Intermediate. Such candidates must submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Inter Board Chairman Committee, Islamabad before the semester starts. This certificate must indicate the marks equivalent to marks in Intermediate,
OR

G.C.E A level examination with three subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Math.). The candidates are required to submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Inter Board Chairman Committee, Islamabad before the semester starts. This certificate must indicate the marks equivalent to marks in Intermediate.

 

2. Applicants awaiting results shall be given provisional admission until the declaration of their respective results. Only those scoring 60% or more marks shall be granted admission. Those scoring less than 60% marks shall have their provisional admissions canceled and they shall be withdrawn from their respective Programs.

Upon announcement of results, only those applicants will apply for admission, who will pass ALL the subjects and score at least 60% marks. Applicants getting partial pass result, due to any reason, or have to appear in compartment/ supplementary paper(s) is not eligible for admission, even if their aggregate marks are 60% or more.

3. The absolute value of percentage is final. The institute will not round off to the next whole number, e.g., 59.9% will consider 59.9% and NOT 60%.

4. Candidates who qualify for the Admission Test will appear in an interview for final selection.

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BS-CS)

Applicants must have passed:

1. Intermediate (Part I and II) examination with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry or Computer Studies from any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Pakistan. Applicant must have scored 50% or more marks.
OR

An examination is equivalent to Intermediate. Such candidates must submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Inter-Board Chairman Committee, Islamabad before the semester starts. This certificate must indicate the marks equivalent to marks in Intermediate.
OR

GCE A level examination with three subjects (Physics, Math, and Chemistry or Computer Study). The candidates must submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Inter Board Chairman Committee, Islamabad before the semester starts. Therefore, this certificate must indicate the marks equivalent to marks in Intermediate.

2. Applicants awaiting results are available provisional admission until the declaration of their respective results. Only those scoring 50% or more marks shall be granted admission. Those scoring less than 50% marks shall have their provisional admissions canceled and they shall be withdrawn from their respective programs.
